1. Acceptance

By using ReplyPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you use the product for a business, you represent that you are authorized to connect that business account and publish replies on its behalf.

2. Service description

ReplyPilot provides AI-assisted Google review reply drafting, review inbox workflows, usage tracking, subscription billing, and optional Google Business Profile publishing after authorization.

3. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
  • You must not use ReplyPilot to post illegal, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, or deceptive content.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure.
  • You must only connect Google accounts and business profiles you are authorized to manage.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe. Plan limits, pricing, and features may change, but active users should receive reasonable notice for material changes.

5. Google and third-party services

Google, Stripe, SendGrid, and AI providers are third-party services. ReplyPilot is not responsible for outages, policy changes, approval delays, API restrictions, or account actions by third parties.

6. No guarantee of review outcomes

ReplyPilot does not guarantee improved ratings, review removal, revenue increases, customer satisfaction, or Google ranking changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReplyPilot is provided “as is” and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the previous billing period.
