ReplyPilot generates reply drafts using AI. These drafts are suggestions only and may contain inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable language.

2. Human review is required

Users should read, edit, and approve every reply before publishing. The business remains responsible for all content posted to Google or any other platform.

3. Avoid sensitive information

Do not include private health information, payment details, government identifiers, employee records, or other sensitive personal data in AI prompts unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate controls.

4. Regulated industries

Medical, legal, financial, and other regulated businesses should apply additional review before posting replies. AI drafts are not professional advice.

5. No automated posting without approval

The MVP is designed for assisted drafting and one-click publishing after user review. Fully automatic review replies are intentionally excluded from the MVP scope.

6. Recommended in-app notice

AI-generated replies are for reference only. Please review and edit before publishing to Google.
