14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund for first-time purchases if you are not satisfied with ReplyPilot.

How to request a refund

Contact support with the email address used for your ReplyPilot account and the payment receipt or transaction ID.

Subscription renewals

Renewal payments may be refundable at our discretion if requested shortly after renewal and if the service has not been substantially used during the renewed period.

Abuse and exceptions

We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and the user’s bank or payment method.
